They say that laughter is the best medicine. It definitely makes you feel better, unless of course you have a broken rib or something.
Smiling and laughing releases chemicals into your bloodstream that improve your health, and reduce the stress hormones that prematurely age you.

Not Only Longer, Live Better Too
This is really a no-brainer. The science shows that laughter can help you live longer, but it can also help you to live better.
Think about it. Would you rather be happy or sad. It is impossible to laugh and be sad at the same time.
My daughter and I get each other laughing every day, almost ROTFLOL kind of laughter sometimes. I thank her for extending my life every time.
Law of Attraction
I have to bring in the law of attraction. This is a personal development blog after all.
Manifesting in the law of attraction is all about how you feel. When you feel good, you attract good. When you feel bad, you attract bad. It’s that simple.
Abraham (Esther Hicks) always says to get into feeling good place to bring about what you want. I think it’s safe to say that if you are laughing out loud then you are in a pretty good feeling space.
Other Ways to Extend Your Life
There are of course other ways, more medically accepted, to extend your life. Things like good nutrition, plenty of exercise, at least 8 hours of good sleep every night.
There are also the things to stay away from, like an excess of just about everything – sugar, alcohol, drugs, processed foods, etc.
